About This Beer
Named after Sauvie Island, the largest island in the Columbia River, Pear Sauvie is crafted with hand-harvested Crystal Hops grown on the island. Mecca Grad Estate barley and rye malt add spicy complexity to the brew.
Open-fermented in the woods of Central Oregon and barrel-aged, the brew boasts oaky depths and funky nuances. Best of all, the brewers 100% naturally carbonated the beer with pear juice adding sweet, fruity lusciousness.
