When 3 Sons and Omnipollo make a Gose together, they don’t miss. They stuffed a Sour Ale base with blackberries, maple syrup and a pinch of fleur de sel.
Tasting Notes
It kinda tastes like blackberry pancakes. You get a lot of bramble fruit and syrup, but the biscuity malts really hold it all together. And it’s not too sweet, either — more tangy AND sweet, the way berries are when they start out fresh and then get jammy where they touch the griddle.
