About This Beer

Each hand-crafted libation is made entirely with Oregon ingredients and without the help of mechanized labor. The team crafted today’s spontaneously fermented Ale using a trifecta of locally-grown barley, rye, and wheat along with freshly foraged ponderosa pine needles in the mash. They infused it with another round of ponderosa between its fermentation in oak and bottle conditioning with wildflower honey.
Tasting Notes
The sublime result is a tart and naturally effervescent brew that stimulates your senses with softly forested nuances. Oaky notes mingle with hints of pine resin and subtly funky undertones for a sensation as fresh as a walk through the woods.
