A Note on This Beer
“Rainbow Drops are falling on my tongue
Apricots from juicy hops are flavors being sung
Nothing beats this haze
Those Rainbow Drops are falling on my tongue, they keep falling
Because I’m free
Nothing’s worrying meeee!”
I can’t help it. One sip of today’s laidback Rainbow Drops New England-style Pale Ale and all I want to do is sing an ode to its refreshingly fruity notes!
Barebottle brews this crushable quencher with a whole rainbow of hops for bright stone fruit and citrus flavors with berry medley undertones. There’s Simcoe and Mosaic in the whirlpool, plus Citra and Idaho 7 in the dry hop (alongside even more doses of Simcoe and Mosaic!).
Plus, flaked oats and Golden Promise Malt in the base make for an airy, fluffy mouthfeel that’s as relaxing as the brew’s flavors!
The only thing about today’s Hazy Pale Ale that’s not easygoing is the fact that we only have 40 cases of it. The time to catch these Rainbow Drops is now!
