About This Beer
Omnipollo and Angry Chair began by bourbon barrel aging a rich Pastry Stout base. Then they conditioned it on coconut and vanilla vegan ice cream, for all the ooey-gooey flavors of a hot fudge sundae.
Tasting Notes
It’ll be simple to spot the herd of chocolate and caramel flavors in every thick swig. Get a little closer, and you’re bound to notice hints of oaky vanilla, toasty waffle cone, and dark fruit, too.
