About This Beer
Alex Ourieff of Cellador Ales calls today’s Saison his ‘desert island beer.’ The brew he would drink for the rest of his life if he had to choose just one.
While a fridge full of this Saison would certainly make life on a desert island a lot more pleasant, you don’t have to be marooned to enjoy it. It’s absolutely wonderful beside a seared whitefish dinner, and if you have access to a porch swing and a sunset, all the better.

for me this was too sweet. it's sort of reminiscent of red pop for me, though my wife disagreed when she tasted it. neither one of us could get through our half of the bottle. I'm sorry, because I do like this style, and I'm always interested in trying a new adventure with one. this one was not for me
