About This Beer
Omnipollo, Moksa, CLAG, and GOAL started with a long boil base Stout made extra silky with milk sugar, and let it mature on wet Sazerac Rye barrels. Then they finished it with and toasted Australian Carmel almonds, peanuts, hand toasted coconut from the Philippines, and Vanuatu vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Each sip exudes candy bar deliciousness — like an Almond Joy smushed into a Milky Way. Fudgy chocolate folds into notes of marzipan and caramel, while ribbons of creamy coconut carry underneath. Meanwhile, lingering hints of wood char and rye spice add a rich complexity to the finish, inviting you back for another sip.
