About This Beer
SPON is Jester King’s extremely limited release, with a delicious foundation built for fruit additions. This particular release stems back to the brewer’s love for authentic Belgian Lambics! Elevating the oak aged, coolship treated Wild Ale with raspberries and cherries makes for a wonderful spin on the classic.
Tasting Notes
Copious bursts of juicy, tart flavor splash on the taste buds right from the get go, blending with the cheek-tingling brightness of the Ale’s base. Complex hints of lemongrass and hay juxtapose the berry bliss, all leading to an ultimately refreshing finish.
