Very definitely a spontaneous-fermented wild ale. Wow, that’s got a sour kick to it. Good, but you’ve gotta be in the mood for it.

Solid tart

I’m picky about my wild/sour ales. so much can go wrong. has character of a Chardonnay, nicely tart but not a Puckery mess I’d like to have a crate if it in my cellar

Excellent Lambic style ale
