About This Beer

A recurring brew from The Ale Apothecary, the beer used to be known as “La Tache.” The brewers decided to change the name several years ago to emphasize the additional hopping and fermentation time given to their newer recipe.

Tasting Notes

An incredible sensory experience, filled with twists and turns of fruit, earth, and woody nuance both in aroma and flavor. It all leads to a tart, revitalizing finish.
