About This Beer
To craft The DAB Lab, Mo$aic, Block 15 bittered the brew with CO2 Mosaic Hop extract in the kettle for a clean body loaded with flavor. Then they blasted it with Mosaic Hops in the whirlpool and dry-hop, highlighting every aspect of the varietal’s deep complexity.
