A Note on This Beer
When HopCulture says “All signs point to Transient as a destination worth seeking out,” they know what they’re talking about.
Craft fans pour into Bridgman, Michigan from beer-saturated Chicago just for Transient! And that’s why Thrillist calls this sleepy lakeside town “ground-zero for one of the Midwest’s best-loved IPAs.”
And, that best-loved IPA of the Midwest is ALSO one of Thrillist’s Hottest IPAs in America Right Now: The Juice is Loose!
The brewers craft this Imperial New England-style IPA with a boatload of Citra and Simcoe Hops. In each sip, you’ll taste a burst of drippy mangoes and juicy tangerines with a passionfruity sweetness in tow. There’s tons of milkshake creaminess (but no lactose) and hardly any bitterness, so you’ll have no trouble downing cans of this juice-packed sipper.
Fans on Untappd who were lucky enough to pick up some cans curbside at the brewery are absolutely smitten:
- “My first time trying this, and well worth the wait! One of the best MI has to offer.” @Caleb F.
- “Super juice/citrus. Thick aftertaste, yet not sticky or sugary. Simply just juice!” @Jonathan E.
- “This last batch is better than ever!” @Ryan
You really can’t talk about craft beer in Michigan anymore without talking about Transient. And, you can’t talk about IPAs in the Midwest without talking about The Juice is Loose!
