About This Beer
The brewers started with a light, crisp body then fermented it in oak barrels for 2-3 months with their house mixed culture. They dry-hopped the beer with (of course) Riwaka, Nelson Suavin, and Pacific Jade and canned it immediately to preserve the brightest hop flavors.
Tasting Notes
Look for notes of lychee and passionfruit up front, with nuances of freshly cut grass and sparkling white wine following closely after. Hints of oak and lemon zest add complexity along with a touch of zippy acidity before the dry finish.
