About This Beer
The impresarios at Cellador turned this beauty from a humble oak-aged Wild Ale into a polished star through careful conditioning on hibiscus flowers, second-use Masumoto Family Farms nectarines, and second-used Cirone Farms apricots. Then to really make it shine, they bottle conditioned the brew with a dash of honey.
Tasting Notes
Each tart taste brings all the excitement of the silver screen. Subtle expressions (of stone fruit) lead to sweet caresses (of oak). Underneath, there’s plenty of drama (from earthy waves of hay and horse blanket) culminating in a snappy (hibiscus) slap!
