About This Beer
Block 15 started with their Turbulent Consequence base beer, crafted using a long-boiled, multi-step turbid mash of unmalted wheat, barley, and aged hops. Then they continued this historic Lambic method by coolshipping it overnight to collect ambient microflora.
After 18 months fermenting in oak barrels, the crew blended the brew and matured it with 1000 lbs of Elberta peaches for eight more months. Finally, they bottle conditioned it with local honey for a champagne-like effervescence.
Tasting Notes
The culmination of all that skill is a funky, tart, and peachy elixir. Every sparkling quaff carries juicy stone fruit nuances through wildflower meadows and lemon zest accents. Hints of oak, and hay appear on the way to a dry, tangy finish.
