About This Beer
Bombastic crafted it on a base of dark malts and cold brew from Thomas Hammer Coffee, just up the road in Hayden, Idaho. Then they added maple syrup TWICE — both in the boil and during fermentation — highlighting its subtly smoky woodiness as well as the sweetness we all know and love.
Tasting Notes
Let Waddle warm as you sip, and the initial impression of dark chocolate and roasty coffee will express subtle notes of cinnamon, dried fruit, and campfire. The maple balances the bitter tones and boozy 14% ABV, leaving a pleasant aftertaste in the long, smooth finish.

The stars of the show (maple and coffee) dominate nicely. Perfect coffee and the maple is oh so sweet and worthy supporting star.

Lots of coffee notes throughout. The maple is pretty subtle and allows the stout's bitterness to come through.
