The award-winning Texas brewmasters threw Pilsner malt, flaked oats, unmalted wheat, and Weyermann malted rye into the cauldron. Then they dry hopped the wort with Citra and Simcoe Hops, plus Amarillo Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and Citra Hyperboost.
Tasting Notes
Each spellbinding swig is led by splashes of peach, mango, and melon. OJ tones shapeshift into overripe passion fruit while pithy grapefruit notes swoop in on woodsy pine bough nuances. And it’s all topped off by a mildly spicy rye finish that’ll leave you transfixed.
