Moonraker Brewing was very intentionally opened on Earth Day. Powered completely by 1,100 solar panels, the brewery has made an immense effort to be a sustainable business with a minimal carbon footprint. Head brewer Zack Frasher immediately made a name for the brewery by being one of the first to produce and package Hazy IPAs in California. They’re still regarded as one of the best breweries in the country, renowned for their hoppy beers and classic styles.
