Stillwater Artisanal is a nomadic 'gypsy' brewing venture with roots in Brooklyn, New York, and a current headbrewer residency in Seattle, Washington. The brewery is headed by Baltimore-born world citizen, Brian "Stillwater" Strumke. A former internationally renowned techno DJ and producer, he made his mark in the brewing community with his odd concoctions and unconventional brewing methods. Whipped Volume 2 Nitro Double IPA and Extra Dry Sake-Style Saison are two of Stillwater’s most innovative brews.
