White Rooster started with three construction workers who became obsessed with finding the perfect beer. Unhappy with what they could get locally, they decided to open their own Farmhouse brewery. They focus on traditional styles, combining old world techniques and Belgian brewing practices with American ingredients and flavors, but they also make clean beer styles like IPAs, Lagers, and Stouts.
