The story starts in 2005, when chemist Dr. Sam Victory first began combining his love of beer with his scientific know-how. Soon, Sam’s homebrew hobby outgrew his kitchen, and with the help of his friends and family, he took the leap and opened Wise Man Brewing, leasing a century-old building in the heart of downtown Winston Salem, NC. Today, the local community and beer fans all across craft-soaked North Carolina enjoy Wise Man’s wide range of expertly made styles, like their juicy Hazy Body Electric, or their crisp Cream Ale Scoop Dogg!
