The Spokane brothers Jason and Chris Gass named their brewery after the childhood nickname of their late sister. And in honor of her memory, 10% of taproom sales on their Angel West Coast IPA goes to benefit nonprofits in their community. On top of slinging excellent West Coasts and Hazies, the brewery crafts a rotating selection of styles ranging from Stouts to Sours.
