Beer-obsessed buddies Andy Rutledge, Tom Berg, and Dan Herman opened their 20-barrel brewhouse in craft-drenched Minneapolis in 2019 and began crafting unconventional beer styles. They even recruited brewer Robbie Denaway, who honed his craft at the renowned Surly and Fair State. Since then, Falling Knife has grown to be regarded as one of the greatest breweries in the Twin City area.
