The brewers at Junkyard began as homebrewers in college. Co-founder Aaron “bottled” a home brew in pint-sized canning jars, which led to friends affectionately calling it “Junkyard” beer. Since then, Junkyard has gone on to encapsulate the identity of the brewery –– unique, local, and full of character.
